Questions
Do you take a commission on our registration fees?
No. Your attendees pay you directly, into your own bank account. You pay Lightflow one flat price per event, and that's all.
How do attendees pay?
They register on your event website and get a payment reference. They transfer to your account with that reference in the narration. You upload your bank statement and we match the payments; their registration ID is sent to them by SMS and email. People who pay cash at the venue are confirmed at the check-in desk.
What if more people register than we planned for?
Registration closes automatically at your size limit. You can upgrade to the next size at any time by paying only the difference.
Can we use our own web address?
Every event gets a free lightflowevents.com.ng address. You can also connect your own domain; it's included in Premium for events above 100 attendees.
What happens to our registrants' data?
It belongs to you and Lightflow jointly and is kept safe while your event runs. Everything is deleted 90 days after the event ends.
Who can use the admin side?
You get 5, 10 or 15 admin accounts depending on your event size: one lead admin and the rest for your check-in team.
